A TIMELINE . . .

1964 - Wal Ragg joined as Contracts Manager and civil contracting commenced for land development.

1978 - Graham Ragg followed his father and the WEM tradition of multi-generational training and mentorship was underway.

1986 - Wal and Graham purchased the company and started to broaden and strengthen WEM's business scope, skills and range of activities.

2000 - Wal retired and Graham took control of WEM.

2008 - Michael Ragg started studying at UTS and working in the paddock at WEM.

2012 - Matt Ragg climbed into a machine and has never looked back.

Many great people have joined the team and grown with the Company. They have added the right mix of personality, drive, enthusiasm and ability to make a difference . . . . and to help WEM evolve and become NSW's leading Earthmover and Civil Contractor.

Graham has enjoyed a passion for earthmoving from an early age. As MD he is involved across all parts of the company's activities and is focussed on timely, safe and effective construction.

Graham ensures that we deliver as promised.

Michael’s prime focus is the delivery of optimal results for clients as well as fostering positive, long-term business relationships. As a progressive leader, Michael welcomes the challenges of the current industry climate and embraces the need for continual growth and adaptation.

PAUL CHAPMAN

HEAD OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Paul is approaching his 40th year with WEM. He has worked through the ranks of surveying, estimating, engineering, and now heads project management.

Andrew has worked across all facets of the company since 1994 when he commenced as a civil engineering student and is now responsible for business development.

PETER KONSTANTOPOULOS

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Peter’s role at WEM encompasses finance, tax, treasury, administration, HR and IT. His wealth of financial expertise provides an invaluable resource in building and strengthening WEM’s capabilities as it undertakes its next phase of growth.
