Duties
We are looking for someone who is hands on, intuitive and creative.

Answering incoming calls

Preparing meeting rooms and refreshments

General reception and administrative duties which include greeting clients and offering refreshments

Assisting in the coordination of internal seminars

Diary management

Office admin support
