FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

Duties

We are looking for someone who is hands on, intuitive and creative.

  • Answering incoming calls

  • Preparing meeting rooms and refreshments

  • General reception and administrative duties which include greeting clients and offering refreshments

  • Assisting in the coordination of internal seminars

  • Diary management

  • Office admin support

Skills and Experience

To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent customer service skills 

  • A friendly & positive approach to work

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong problem solving abilities
